Could We Help To Raise Funds for your Good Cause?

Over the last 78 years, the choir has raised in excess of £750,000 for charitable organisations. We sing over 20 concerts a year to raise funds for a variety of enterprises, we could be helping you!

Our fees are very modest, £250 is the basic charge for a concert, but it can vary downwards at the discretion of our committee and can be expenses only (£125), depending on the size of the venue and a very worthy cause.

What are our requirements?
The only really essential requirement is - that the venue has a well tuned piano. (We sang a concert several years ago, in a small village hall, where the piano had a missing key - our accompanist was not amused!). If you have a problem with a piano, we can bring one, but there will be a small extra charge. A cup of tea, or a soft drink, in the interval of the concert, is always welcome-some of our choristers travel long distances to get to concerts. The only other thing to note is that you have to organise the concert i.e. find a venue, do the publicity, (although we may be able to offer a 'publicity package' shortly), and sell the tickets. We do not organise concerts to raise money for any organisation, except our own. (Although, we can offer our expertise in publicising the event.)

Please note that we are usually booking concerts a year in advance. So, if you want us to sing for you, the sooner you contact our concert sec. the better! If you are looking for a more immediate date, all is not lost, we may still have a free slot to suit you.
