MEN UNITED IN SONG 2026 – JOIN THE SNOWDOWN COLLIERY WELFARE MALE VOICE CHOIR IN SUPPORT OF PROSTATE CANCER

Looking for a fresh challenge? Be part of Men United in Song 2026 with the Snowdown Colliery Welfare Male Voice Choir!

Launching in May, the popular pop-up singing project will give local men the opportunity to get involved and do something extraordinary… and YOU could be one of them!  This is a repeat of our incredible pop-up singing project from 2022 that gave 40+ men on an inspiring journey—and coming up in 2026, YOU could do so as well as we plan to do it again.

Over ten weeks, mentored by our front team and fellow members, to learn to sing, make new connections, and prepare for a spectacular live performance at a jam packed local venue.  Along the way, you’ll help raise vital funds for Prostate Cancer, supporting an important cause that makes a difference in the lives of many.

No previous singing experience is needed—just the courage to step out of your comfort zone and a willingness to try something new. We’ll all be in it together, and it’s about enjoying the journey every step of the way.

How to get involved:

•Sign-up sessions will be held on [(TBA: Dates & Times ] at local venues near you. These are NOT auditions—just a friendly opportunity to meet the team, learn more, and decide if it’s for you. Reserve your spot today!
 

• Join weekly rehearsals from May to June on Monday night at venues between Canterbury and Dover,

• Help raise funds for Prostate Cancer via JustGiving.

• Perform at a concert at a special venue in July..
